7 Day Cleanse: Days 3 and 4.

Day 3 – Monday

I still feel fine. Drank almost 2 liters of water today so that was cool. I think I may have more energy? I’m not sure. Lol. Had a super hard time falling asleep; had to get out of bed and do a few yoga poses. Felt like I needed to workout/exert myself before I could sleep.

9am – Green Juice

11 am – Green Juice

1pm – Fruit Juice

Beets + Apples

3pm – Green Juice

5pm – Green Juice

8:30pm – Spiced Almond Milk

Day 4 – Tuesday

Today was hard. I seriously considered quitting today… more than once. I was just so hungry. Being at work really did not help. There was food everywhere and I guess all that walking around and working with kids burnt a lot more calories than the past 3 days cause I was HUNGRY and the bread craving was bad.

I had to have a protein shake in the evening. I didn’t drink as much water as yesterday though, so that sucks. I had tea in the morning and it seemed to help bowel movement if you get my drift.

Trying to get in the morning tonic between working out and getting to work on time has been hard during the weekdays. So I think I’m just not going to try.

I just finished making juices for Day 5 as I type this, so… I guess I’m not quitting just yet.

7am – Green Juice

7:40am– Red Rooibos tea

9am – Green Juice

11 am – Green Juice

12:40pm – Fruit Juice

Beets + Apples

3pm – Green Juice

5pm – Protein Shake

Almond milk + protein powder

7pm – Fruit Juice

Beets + Apples

9:15pm – Spiced Almond Milk

I keep thinking about the salad I’m going to have from Panera on Friday night all day. sigh. See how I did on Day 1 and 2 of my 7 day cleanse here.
