Where do you get your yoga outfits from?
I get my yoga outfits from a number of different places.
My favorite is Daughters of Culture because their leggings are ridiculously soft with fabulous prints. Use code “hermit” for 10% off when you shop on their website.

The last place I shop is the Danskin brand at Walmart sports bras. They’re good quality and really affordable.
What mat do you use?
I use a Manduka’s PRO yoga mat and It. Is. Amazing! Before I got this mat, I used to use a Gaiam mat (good for beginners). But I eventually needed something that provided more padding for my knees and more grip for my palms and Manduka’s PRO mat provides that.

How often do you practice?
First, let me say that you can’t use my practice style as a measure of your progress, everyone’s body is different. Which means your muscles will strengthen and loosen up at a much different rate than mine. That being said, I used to practice every day for about an hour when I first started. Now that I’ve gotten busy with other projects, I practice about 5 times a week for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
